Sales Development Representative – Job Description
Are you a driven sales professional with a motivated attitude? We are Crewit Resourcing, a global recruitment company, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative in Pristina who is ready to hustle, break barriers, and generate new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold outreach including Calls, Emails and LinkedIn methods.
- Arrange appointments for the directors and sales managers to attend and close deals.
- Generate and qualify lead lists through research and modern software tools.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales management to transition leads to deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with cold-calling and a willingness to pick up the phone and initiate a first contact.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing.
- Confident talking on the phone.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong written and spoken English.
