We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Campaign Lead to research, identify, and qualify potential clients while owning the outbound sales campaign building. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining our sales pipeline through structured prospecting, campaign execution, and close collaboration with the sales team.
This role goes beyond lead generation , you will grow to own the maintenance of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), manage outbound tooling, and ensure campaigns are well-researched, targeted, and continuously optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research target industries, companies, and buyer personas aligned with our ICPs
- Own and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with Sales Leadership
- Build, execute, and optimize outbound sales campaigns using Apollo.io
- Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads
- Perform business development research to identify high-value accounts and contacts
- Initiate first contact via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn/social outreach
- Work closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to hand over qualified opportunities
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results
Requirements:
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience using Apollo.io or similar outbound prospecting tools
- Understanding of B2B sales development and outbound campaign strategy
- Comfortable conducting business development research and account mapping
- Confident speaking on the phone and engaging prospects
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns (preferred)
- Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong written and spoken English
Work Environment:
