The Role
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant to support a variety of recruitment projects across both blue-collar and white-collar sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, performance-driven, and motivated by incentives, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial application through to successful placement, while working closely with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability against role requirements
- Conduct candidate screening interviews in English
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pooling activities
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple sectors and disciplines
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience
Client & Recruitment Support
- Prepare professional candidate profiles for client submission
- Present shortlisted candidates aligned to client requirements
- Support recruitment campaigns across multiple industries and locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment projects are delivered efficiently
- Contribute to market mapping, talent insights, and recruitment strategy discussions
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, compliant, and maintained within the ATS
- Collect and manage candidate documentation where required
- Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes
- Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and accurate recruitment reporting
- Ensure compliance with company processes and recruitment best practices
Performance & Delivery
- Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities effectively
- Work towards placement and activity-based KPIs
- Continuously develop recruitment knowledge and market expertise
- Take ownership of recruitment outcomes and performance targets

- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent organisational and administration skills

- Confidence conducting candidate screening interviews
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Ability to work full-time from our Pristina office
Desirable
- Recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trades, professional, or office-based roles
- Exposure to international recruitment projects
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
- LinkedIn Recruiter or candidate sourcing experience
- Knowledge of employment, onboarding, or compliance processes
