The Role
We are looking for a creative, driven, and organized Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Pristina.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing career while gaining exposure to digital marketing, social media management, content creation, employer branding, lead generation, and campaign management within an international business environment.
You will play an important role in increasing brand awareness, supporting recruitment campaigns, generating leads, and helping promote Crewit Resourcing across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Monitor social media performance and engagement
- Research industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop content calendars and campaign plans
Content Creation
- Create marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Assist with employer branding initiatives
- Write blogs, company updates, candidate success stories, and recruitment marketing content
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding guidelines
Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and support marketing campaigns
- Assist in lead generation activities and brand awareness initiatives
- Support business development efforts through marketing outreach
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with recruitment and sales teams to support hiring and business growth objectives
Marketing Administration & Reporting
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and key metrics
- Assist with presentations and marketing materials
- Support various marketing projects and business initiatives
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Marketing, Business, Communications, or related qualification
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and employer branding
- Experience with email marketing and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising
