Overview
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to service, maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel generators and power generation equipment. The successful candidate will work both in the workshop and on customer sites, ensuring generators operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on diesel generators.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct testing, fault-finding, and commissioning of generator systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and provide on-site technical support.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic or similar trade.
- Experience working on diesel engines and generators.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Full driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience with Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, MTU, or Volvo Penta engines.
- Knowledge of generator control systems and power generation equipment.
