About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our client in Ireland. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee site installation teams, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What will your day look like?
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
- Manage materials, plant, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, RAMS, and site documentation.
- Liaise with clients, Local Authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and manage snag lists.
- Track labour, plant, and material costs against budgets.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
What are our requirements?
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction or site management.
- Experience on residential or low-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable
- Experience with ICF, timber frame, modular, or MMC construction.
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent certifications.
