The Role
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant to support international recruitment projects, primarily focused on skilled trades with some office roles.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, performance-driven, and motivated by incentives, with a strong interest in international recruitment and the opportunity to learn visa and work permit processes.

You will manage candidates from first contact through to placement, working closely with internal teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Screen CVs, assess suitability, and add candidates accurately to the ATS
• Conduct initial screening calls in English
• Actively source candidates via database searching and talent pooling
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines

Client & Marketing Support
• Prepare professional candidate profiles for client submission
• Send shortlisted candidate profiles to clients in line with role requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create candidate profiles and recruitment content

International Recruitment & Compliance
• Support international placements requiring visas and work permits
• Collect, organise, and track visa and work permit documentation
• Coordinate document translation where required
• Ensure all candidate records and documents are complete, compliant, and well maintained

Administration & Performance
• Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and accurate reporting
• Manage multiple roles and priorities with strong attention to detail
• Work to placement-driven KPIs, with performance incentives linked directly to results

What We’re Looking For
Essential
• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, especially on screening calls
• Motivated by performance-based incentives
• Ability to work full-time from our Pristina office
• A proactive, accountable mindset

Desirable (but not required)
• Recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Exposure to international recruitment or overseas placements
• Experience recruiting blue-collar or skilled trades roles

Visa and work permit processes will be fully trained — prior experience is not required.
