Are you a natural relationship-builder with a knack for uncovering sales opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and personable Account Manager (Sales) to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and helping our customers get the most value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to meet client needs.
Monitor account performance and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (2+ years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
