Job Requirements
We are currently growing our design team and we are looking for creatives who are willing to design and shape unique, user-centric software solutions for our customers worldwide. Every designer at Outkos has responsibility of a whole product, although we encourage the team to provide feedback to each other.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred in Design or related field)
- 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Professional portfolio of design projects (web and mobile platforms)
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Ability to assist with user research and user testing methods
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Experience leading and executing UI design and related processes for software product development
- Front-end web design understanding for HTML and responsive design
- Love to learn, problem solve and to share the knowledge of design with others
As a UI/UX Designer
- Have ability to rapidly iterate, creating multiple design solutions
- Produce high quality design deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow
- Ensure compliance with all standards of usability, design best practices and accessibility
- Monitor trends in UI development and advocate technology standards and best-practices
- Participate in workshops for journey mapping, brainstorming, vision sessions, and requirements gathering
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for native mobile interfaces
- Partner with project managers to translate designs into successful products
- Assist other design team members to develop highly interactive solutions
